Sam Gracey is a freelance cameraman specialising in wildlife filming, who has recorded footage for many award-winning BBC Natural History Unit programmes, taking him all over the world. This includes Wild China, in 2007, which won an Emmy for cinematography, Orang-utan Diaries, in 2006 and Ape Hunters, in 2002, which received six awards for best documentary. Sam has recorded footage for many other outstanding wildlife series for the NHU, including Mountain Gorilla - A Species in Intensive Care, Secret Life of Elephants and Saving Planet Earth, as well as independent production companies.
