Chris Cole Go back to People
Chris Cole is currently the Director of Development of the BBC Natural History Unit and has been working in wildlife programmes for 14 years and he is currently leading the development of new ideas for the Unit. He has produced many highly acclaimed landmark series, that you can see clips of on the BBC Earth website. These include Wild South America – Andes to Amazon in 2000, and the award-winning Life of Mammals presented by Sir David Attenborough in 2002. He was also Series Producer of the action-packed My Life with Animals: Steve Leonard in 2007, together with the fascinating and moving Unknown Africa in 2008.
I think my favourite moment would have to be filming Duck Billed Platypus with Sir David Attenborough in a wonderful part of Australia, my childhood hero!
